Good Service, Modern Decorations with good accomodations
Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff and great location. My husband and I stayed here last month for 1 night and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The checkin and checkout process were seamless. Each staff member was very professional and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I LOVED the shower and all of the amenities in the room. We had a really wonderful view as well. We didn’t have one of the newly renovated rooms, but it was nonetheless beautiful and comfortable. Oh and the dining room is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will for sure stay here again.
Really nice hotel with comfortable beds, good hot showers, clean rooms, and a decent buffet breakfast. The staff were also amazing helping us with multiple requests for different things. Highly recommended!
Location is good. Can use grab plus to go around n paid cash for taxi fare. Room is big, clean n good view from high floor. Hotel buffet breakfast is good. Have omelette n noodle live station. Internet speed quite fast.

I hope the service come back onto 2022 before.I wanna say the housekeeping need to upgrade their service to the 2022 best service again.And don't forget to ask the customer (anything else? )when u guy housekeeping after cleaning the room. I would really love to stay at this hotel , and that is why I say this
Seems to be a bit pricey but worth a stay. Food is good. Rooms are relaxing. I stayed a few times for family staycation and exam prep.
An excellent place full of beautiful sky view from 21st floor restaurant as well as amazing room service and security. Not to mention a great gym and a swimming pool. This place is packed with all the goodies you are looking for. Also very effective social distancing and hand hygiene policies for prevention of covid transmission
